There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, ironing facilities, and a writing desk inside the room. Great location in quiet area was a plus.
Though everything was nice, some of the staff were a bit rude.

The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation convenient, allowing me to enjoy home-cooked meals .
Unfortunately, outside noise from traffic was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was icy and the traffic noise. I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but I guess those standards are too high for this place. Honestly, I almost gave a decent review but just couldn't.

Conveniently cozy with a quirky charm
The kitchen facilities were a lifesaver as we basked in the cozy atmosphere. The room was also super clean and fresh!
The absence of a TV was disappointing, and at times, the noise from outside made it hard to relax after a long day. A bit more soundproofing would go a long way.

We had a lovely stay in a clean family room that gave us the space we needed during a tough time, with a kitchen that made bottle prep a cinch. There were cozy spots to relax and a nice garden area where we could unwind. The curtains didn't block all the noise but didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊
